国内外钢结构住宅产业化适用技术应用对比研究 被引量:11

COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE APPROPRIATE TECHNOLOGIES FOR STEEL HOUSING INDUSTRY AT HOME AND ABROAD

摘要 钢结构住宅产业化发展是化解产能过剩、装配式建筑发展的一项重大举措。对日本、芬兰、美国和澳大利亚几个发达国家钢结构住宅产业典型适用技术应用与国内进行对比分析,主要包含钢结构住宅的结构体系、连接技术和抗震技术等方面,可以发现我国钢结构住宅产业化适用技术应用整个体系架构已经建立,但在信息技术、支撑骨架材料及连接技术等方面还与国外发达国家存在差距,国外的发展经验可以为我国钢结构住宅产业化适用技术应用发展提供参考和借鉴,在对比分析基础上指明我国钢结构住宅产业化适用技术需要深入研究的方向,以便进一步助推钢结构住宅产业化的发展。 The development of steel housing industry is a major measure to resolve the overcapacity problem and promote the development of prefabricated building. The gap may be clearly presented on appropriate technologies of steel housing industry through the comparative analysis among Japan,Finland,Australia the United States,mainly referring to structural system,connection technology,seismic technology and so on. The results showed that although the system structure for the applicaton of appropriate technologies was established,the development and application of information technology,supported frame material and construction connectivity. should be improved furtherly. The experience for the development of appropriate technologies for steel housing industry development from overseas could provide reference.Based on these results of comparative analysis,a number of deficiencies in steel residential industrialization were identified,as well as the future direction of the in-depth study for the application of appropriate technologies,so as to further improve the development of steel housing industry.
