飞秒激光辅助白内障超声乳化术患者的围术期护理

Perioperative nursing care for patients with phacoemulsification aided by femtosecond laser

目的：探讨飞秒激光辅助白内障手术患者的围术期护理方法。方法选取2014年6月—2015年12月首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院眼科中心收治的64例（78眼）采用飞秒激光辅助白内障超声乳化术患者,对其进行系统的围术期护理,观察患者的术中超声乳化平均时间、术后视力、中央角膜厚度、角膜散光度及术后并发症的发生情况。结果64例患者术中超声乳化平均时间为（9.29±34） s；术后26眼（33.33％）视力≥1.0,39眼（50％）视力0.5~0.9,13眼（16.67％）视力≤0.5；术后7 d后眼球中央角膜厚度（551±49）μm,角膜的散光度为（0.78±0.35） D；术后患者均未出现眼部感染等其他并发症。结论飞秒激光辅助白内障超声乳化术能够提高白内障患者的视觉质量,系统的围术期护理是手术成功的重要保障。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing care method for patients with cataract surgery aided by femtosecond laser. Methods We recruited 64 patients （ 78 eyes） with phacoemulsification for cataract aided by femtosecond laser in Ophthalmologic Center of Beijing Tongren Hospital of Capital Medical＆amp;nbsp;University from June 2014 to December 2015. And then, systemic perioperative nursing care was provided for them. Finally, we observed the average time of phacoemulsification during operation, postoperative vision, central corneal thickness, corneal astigmatism and occurrence of postoperative complications. Results Among the 64 patients, the average time of of phacoemulsification during operation was （ 9. 29 ± 34） s;there were 26 eyes （33.33%） with visual acuity over or equal to 1.0, 39 eyes （50%） with visual acuity between 0.5 and 0.9,13 eyes （16.67%） with visual acuity less than equal to 0.5;the central corneal thickness of ocular was （ 551 ± 49 ） μm and the corneal astigmatism was （ 0. 78 ± 0. 35 ） D 7 days after operation; there was no postoperative complication including ocular infection after operation. Conclusions Phacoemulsification aided by femtosecond laser can improve the visual function of patients with cataract and enhance the clinical effects. The systemic perioperative nursing care is an important guarantee for a successful operation.
