摘要
随着我国经济的发展,城市经济建设的加快,市政工程越来越多,在对其进行管理中,须有效控制其风险,尤其是对分包项目进行控制,在保证工程质量的同时,提高施工单位的核心竞争力。但多数企业管理中仍然存在一些风险,如管理人员只重视企业经济利益,忽视质量和进度,没有配套的管理体系,缺乏优秀的一线管理人才等,针对这些方面进行分析,并起到借鉴作用。
With the development of China's economy, city economy construction is speeding up, more and more municipal engineering, in its management, to effectively control the risks, especially the subcontract project control, in ensuring the quality of projects at the same time, improve the core competitiveness of construction enterprises.
