摘要
通过盆栽试验,研究了重金属Cr污染土壤上施用净六铬修复剂对小白菜生长发育、产量以及总Cr和Cr^(6+)积累特性的影响,并研究了试验土壤中总Cr和Cr^(6+)的含量变化。结果表明:施用不同浓度的净六铬能不同程度地降低土壤和小白菜中总Cr和Cr^(6+)含量,从而抑制Cr和Cr^(6+)向小白菜地上部的转移,减少Cr在小白菜植株地上部的积累,改善小白菜的生长和发育,增产效果达到显著水平。总体来看,净六铬浓度达到2 g/kg时效果最好。
Through pot experiment,the effect of applying net six Cr remediation agents in heavy metal Cr pollution soils on the development of pakchoi growth and yield,and total Cr and Cr6+accumulation characteristics was studied,and the changes in the content of total Cr and Cr6+in the soil was studied.The results showed that the effects of different levels of the net six Cr can reduce the total Cr and Cr6+content in soil and pakchoi,leading to inhibition of Cr and Cr6+to transfer the pakchoi,reduce the accumulation of Cr in the upper part of pakchoi,improve the growth and development of pakchoi,yield increase reached significant level.Overall,net six Cr concentration of 2 g/kg had the best effect.
