摘要
在经济全球化的带动下,国际化经营已成为各国企业发展的重要趋势。我国"一带一路"战略的实施,为中国企业"走出去"参与国际竞争创造了难得的历史机遇。当中国企业选择"走出去"战略时,将面临着与在国内经营截然不同的各种挑战。如何适应当地文化、管理国际化人才决定了中国企业"走出去"战略实施的效果。中国企业应准确识别"走出去"过程中的人力资源整合、劳动法律规制、招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效、职业生涯管理等一系列国际人力资源管理风险,并采取有针对性的国际人力资源管理措施加以有效规避,这样中国企业才能看着世界地图做生意,更好地赢取国际化红利。
Driven by economic globalization, internationalization has become an important trend of the enterprises' development. The implementation of "The Belt and Road" strategy, which creates a historical opportunity to participate in international competition for Chinese enterprises. When Chinese enterprises going globally and enter a new market, they will face business challenges which are different from what they had in China. The implementation effect of this strategy is determined by the adaption of the local culture and the management of international talent. Chinese enterprises should accurately identify a series of international human resource management risks, such as recruitment, training, salary, performance, career management in the process of going globally. They should take some specific international human resource management methods to avoid the risks, and aim to go global.
