Discussion about Safety Management and Control of Hoisting Construction of High Tower Equipment

高塔设备吊装作业属于对炼化建设项目有重大影响的施工作业。本文结合工程公司总承包项目的特点,以惠炼MTBE装置和芳烃抽提联合装置EPC项目为例,从人员、设备、管理、作业环境等方面介绍了影响高塔设备吊装作业安全的因素,并系统地分析了吊装作业安全管控要点及管控措施,为类似项目建设工作提供参考。

The hoisting construction of high tower equipment belongs to the construction work which has significant influence on the refinery construction project. Taking the EPC project of the MTBE unit and aromatics extraction unit of Huizhou refinery as an example, this paper introduced the factors which affected safety of hoisting construction of high tower equipment from aspects of personnel, equipment, management and working environment. The key points and control measures of safety management and control for hoisting construction was systematically analyzed, which can provide reference for similar projects.
