In the architectural engineering construction stage, foundation budget is the key problem whic h affecting the healthy development o f construction industry. In the process offotmdation construction engineering cost control, many enterprises in order to reduce the budget cost and improve corporate earnings, they all take attention on foundation budget problem treatments, but its actual effect is bad. This paper analyses the reason and control countermeasure of architecture foundation cost exceed its budget.
