摘要 横纹肌溶解综合征(rhabdomyolysis,RM)是由于外伤或非外伤所致的横纹肌破坏和崩解,继而引起内环境紊乱的一组临床综合征,重者可危及生命。其中10%~60%的RM可引起急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)。目前尚无有效缓解RM致AKI的药物,患者预后也较差,因此探讨RM致AKI的发病机制及其治疗方法具有重要的临床意义。笔者查阅相关文献,着重阐述RM致AKI的发病机制及其治疗进展。 Rhabdomyolysis (RM) is a damage and disintegration of striated muscle caused by trauma or non-trauma, which then result in internal environment disorder, and severe cases might even be fatal. About 10%-60% RM patients can lead to acute kidney injury (AKI). Nowadays there is no effective drug that can relieve RM-induced AKI, and the prognosis of patients is poor. Therefore, investigation of the pathogenesis and treatment of RM-induced AKI has important clinical significance. The author reviewed the related litetatures, and put emphasis on the pathogenesis and treatment of RM-induced AKI.
