基于Android平台的土地变更数据移动采集系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Mobile Data Acquisition System for Land Using Change Survey based on Android Platform

为了更加便捷、准确地调查土地利用状况,有效地管理土地资源,该文利用移动GIS软件平台,结合开源数据库系统,研究制定利用移动GIS进行土地利用变更调查的流程方法,同时研究与矢量栅格数据移动端存储、数据变更等相关的移动GIS技术,设计并实现基于Android平台的土地变更数据移动采集系统,从系统开发实现的角度验证系统开发的可行性,可以推广使用。

In order to investigate the situation of land using more conveniently and accurately and manage the land resources effectively,this paper uses the mobile GIS software platform,combined with the open source database system,the process method for land using change survey is formulated by using mobile GIS,and the mobile GIS technology which relates to mobile terminal storage and data change of vector raster data is studied. The mobile acquisition system for land change data based on Android platform is designed and realized. The feasibility of system development is vertified from the angle of system development realization,and it can be promoted and used.
