锦凌水库水土流失预测及其防治体系研究

Study on Forecast of Water and Soil Loss in Jinling Reservoir and Its Prevention and Treatment System

水库工程建设过程中,不同功能区水土流失量及其危害的预测与防治,是解决水土流失问题的重中之重,也是减小工程建设对生态破坏的关键。本文通过研究锦凌水库水土流失和水土保持现状,针对工程特点、项目区地质条件以及施工对环境的影响程度,利用公式法和类比法定量计算工程施工前后水土流失量,提出了水土流失防治体系,构建了水土流失治理措施和防治体系。通过对水土保持情况进行监测,提出的防治措施发挥了良好的防治效果,达到了减少水土流失、保护生态的目的。本研究成果可为水利工程建设防治水土流失提供借鉴和指导。

During the construction process of reservoirs,prevention and forecast of water and soil loss volume and its detriments in different functional zones is the key among the keys for resolving water and soil problems and the crux to reduce ecological damage inflicted by engineering constrcction. By digging into the status quo on water and soil loss and couservation in Jinling Reservoir,and with respect to project characteristics,geological conditions of project areas and effect degree by construction on the environment,this article utilizes formula method and analogy method to quantitatively calculate volume of water and soil loss before and after project construction,proposes prevention system on water and soil loss,puts forward measures on governance of water and soil loss and constructs prevention system. Through monitoring on the status of water and soil conservancy condition,it proposes prevention measures that have been giving play to good preventive effects and thus attains the objective of reducing water and soil loss and protecting the ecology. This research result can provide reference and guidance to prevent and cure water and soil loss on water conservancy engineering construstion.
