益心舒胶囊合用脉血康胶囊治疗老年糖尿病心血管神经症的临床效果分析

Analysis on clinical effect of Yixinshu capsule combined Maixuekang capsule in the treatment of elderly diabetes and cardiovascular neurosis

目的分析益心舒胶囊合用脉血康胶囊治疗老年糖尿病心血管神经症的临床效果。方法 70例老年糖尿病心血管神经症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。两组均进行糖尿病综合管理治疗,对照组患者口服维生素B1、谷维素、腺苷钴胺、美托洛尔进行治疗。观察组服用益心舒胶囊、脉血康胶囊进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状评分、化验指标和临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组的各临床症状评分及总评分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后各化验指标较治疗前均明显改善,且优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为85.71%,高于对照组的34.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益心舒胶囊合用脉血康胶囊治疗老年糖尿病心血管神经症的临床效果显著。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of Yixinshu capsule combined Maixuekang capsule in the treatment of elderly diabetes and cardiovascular neurosis. Methods A total of 70 elderly diabetes and cardiovascular neurosis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. Both groups received diabetes comprehensive management treatment, and control group received oral vitamin B1, oryzanol, cobamamide and metoprolol for treatment. The observation group received Yixinshu capsule combined Maixuekang capsule for treatment. Comparison were made on clinical symptoms score, laboratory indexes and clinical effect in two groups before and after treatment. Results The observation group had lower clinical symptom scores and total score than control group after treatment, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had better laboratory indexes after treatment than before treatment and control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had higher total effective rate as 85.71% than 34.29% in control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yixinshu capsule combined Maixuekang capsule show significant clinical effect in the treatment of elderly diabetes and cardiovascular neurosis.
