康复训练联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效

Clinical effect of rehabilitation training combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets in treatement of post stroke depression

目的探讨康复训练联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的临床疗效。方法将48例PSD患者随机均分成对照组(24例)和治疗组(24例),对照组给予抗抑郁药氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予康复训练。两组患者连续8周接受治疗,比较其治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分、临床疗效及不良反应。结果两组患者HAMD及ADL评分治疗前无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗8周后治疗组HAMD及ADL评分的差值显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的临床疗效显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复训练联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片可有效改善PSD患者抑郁症状,临床疗效确切,不良反应轻。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation training combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets on patients with post stroke depression （PSD）. Methods 48 patients with PSD were randomly divided into control group （n=24） and treatment group（n=24）. Patients in control group were treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets, and patients in treatment group were treated with the rehabilitation training combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets. The curative time for the two groups was consecutive 8 weeks, the score of HAMD and ADL were compared before treatment and after treatment. Moreover, the clinical effect and side effects were also compared between two groups. Results There was no statistical meaning about HAMD and ADL score between two groups before treatment （P 〉 0.05）. After being treated for consecutive 8 weeks, the decrease score of the HAMD and ADL score in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Besides, there existed statistical meaning about the clinical effect and side effects between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets can improve the depressive symptoms. The clinical effect on PSD is convincing, and the side effect is mild.
