摘要 简要介绍了中海油天津化工研究设计院有限公司自主开发的THFS-Ⅰ硫化型重整预加氢催化剂并对其性能做了研究,研究结果表明,THFS-Ⅰ加氢脱硫脱氮活性和稳定性均优于氧化型参比剂,其活化过程中几乎没有硫化氢产生,减少了催化剂活化过程中硫化氢对设备的腐蚀和环境的污染,开工过程更高效环保。该催化剂于2015年11月在中海石油舟山石化有限公司80万t/a重整预加氢装置上成功实现首次工业应用,工业应用结果表明:THFS-Ⅰ具有原料适应性强、加氢脱硫脱氮活性高和稳定性好的优点,是一种新型、高效加工高氮劣质石脑油的加氢催化剂。 THFS-Ⅰ sulfide-type reforming pre-hydrogenation catalyst,independently developed by Cener Tech Tianjin Chemical Research and Design Institute Co.,Ltd.was briefly introduced and its performance was studied.Results showed that THFS-Ⅰ was superior to the oxidation type reference agent in hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation activities and stability,and it was almost no hydrogen sulfide produced during the activation process,reducing hydrogen sulfide corrosion of equipments and pollution of environments,and the activation process was more efficient and environmentally friendly.THFS-Ⅰ was successfully applied to the 800 000 t/a reforming pre-hydrogenation unit of CNOOC Zhoushan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.in November 2015 for the first industrial application.The industrial application results showed that THFS-Ⅰ had the advantages of strong raw-materials adaptability,high hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation activities,and good stability.THFS-Ⅰ was a new and efficient processing of high nitrogen inferior naphtha hydrotreating catalyst.
