摘要
使用合成靛蓝染色与植物靛泥染色进行对比,研究合成靛蓝与靛泥染色浓度的关系,并研究大生产时植物靛泥染纯棉织物的染色工艺与生产中的注意事项;探讨了植物靛泥染色中烧碱和保险粉的用量对产品的影响,并测试了织物的耐摩擦色牢度。
The dyeing of chemical indigo and natural indigo dyes was contrasted. And the relationship of concentration between the chemical indigo and the natural indigo dyes was studied. The natural indigo dyeing process of cotton in mass production and the notice of production were investigated. The influence of caustic soda and sodium hydrosulfite amount on production were discussed. The color fastness was tested as well.
