Given that the law protection of the ecological environment of Qinling Mountains involves many factors, the study uses SWOT analysis tools, for it can take all kinds of elements into account in order to find a series of suitable paths of law protection on ecological environment protection in Qinling Mountains. These paths can make sure the building of the ecological law, complete the law requlations, perfect the legislation of Qinling regional coordination,improve the imolement way of local coordinate law.
