新疆住院医师规范化培训制度质性研究

Qualitative Research of Resident Standardization Training System in Xinjiang

目的:探讨新疆住院医师规范化培训实施现况及存在的问题。方法:采取定性研究方法,列出新疆住院医师规范化培训制度的半结构性访谈提纲,针对新疆15家培训基地的学员、带教老师、职能科室规培管理人员进行集体、横向、直接的访谈。结果:培训学员:42.2%建议提高待遇,14.3%建议增加操作机会,12.6%建议完善社保管理;带教老师:28.3%建议增加师资培训次数,25.6%建议落实带教补贴,14.6%建议加强学员管理;管理人员建议加强师资培训,保障经费投入。结论:应加大财政经费投入及保障学员和带教师资福利待遇,完善师资培训机制、加强师资队伍建设,增加媒体舆论宣传和院校宣教力度,建立健全信息化管理平台,完善各项配套政策,保证住院医师规范化培训制度的顺利开展。

Objective： To discuss the present situation of resident standardization training implementation and the existing problems in Xinjiang. Methods： We adopted qualitative research method, listed the semi-structured interview outline of the resi- dent standardization training system of Xinjiang, conducted the collective, lateral, direct interviews for 15 training bases＂ residency, tutors and managers. Results： 42.2% of the residency suggested to improve treatment, 14.3% suggested to increase the chance of operation, 12.6% suggested to perfect the social security management; 28.3% of the tutors suggested to increase the number of teacher training, 25.6% suggested to implement the teacher＇s subsidies, 14.6% suggested to strengthen the management of students; the managers suggested to strengthen the tutors＂ training, ensure the investment. Conclusion： We should increase fiscal investment and ensure students＂ and teachers＂ welfare treatment, improve the tutor training mechanism, strengthen teacher team construction, increase media and school propaganda, establish and perfect information management platform, improve all supporting policies to ensure that the system of resident standardization training can carried out smoothly.
