摘要 以EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯的共聚物)、增粘树脂、无机填料、石蜡、抗氧剂等为原料制备热熔胶,研究了增粘树脂种类、C_5树脂和氢化C_5树脂、增塑剂对EVA热熔胶环球软化点、硬度、拉伸剪切强度和熔融指数等性能的影响。实验结果表明:用C_5树脂和氢化C_5树脂时,EVA热熔胶的综合性能好与其它增粘树脂;随着增塑剂在C_5树脂和氢化C_5树脂含量的增加,EVA热熔胶在拉伸剪切强度、硬度以及环球软化点降低,而熔融指数增加。 EVA hot melt adhesive was prepared with EVA, tackifying resin, inorganic filler, paraffin wax and antioxidant as raw materials. The effect of tackifying resin type and plasticizer on softening point, hardness, tensile shear strength and melt index of EVA hot melt adhesive was studied. The results show that the comprehensive performance of EVA hot melt adhesive with C_5 resin and the hydrogenated C_5 resin are better than that with other tackifying resin. With the increase of plasticizer in C_5 resin and hydrogenated C_5 resin, the tensile shear strength, hardness and the softening point of EVA hot melt adhesive decrease, and the melt index increases.
