摘要
介绍了黎明化工研究设计院有限责任公司研发的含重芳烃–磷酸三辛酯–四丁基脲(AR+TOP+TBU)三元溶剂工作液在过氧化氢工业生产装置中的应用情况。采用上述新技术对5万t/a的过氧化氢生产装置进行扩产改造,装置产能提高至7万t/a,氢效≥9.0 g/L,平均氧化收率≥96.9%,平均萃取液w(H_2O_2)≥35.0%,平均萃余液ρ(H_2O_2)≤0.13 g/L,产品w(总有机碳)≤130×10^(–6),平均日产量≥220 t,改造后的装置已连续稳定运行23个月以上。
The application situation of the working solution containing heavy aromatics-trioctyl phosphatetetrabutyl urea(AR+TOP+TBU) ternary solvents developed by the Liming Research Design Institute of Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. in the hydrogen peroxide industrial production plant was introduced. An hydrogen peroxide production plant of 50 kt/a capacity was reconstructed for capacity expanding by using this new technique, the plant capacity increases to 70 kt/a, the hydrogenation efficiency is no less than 9.0 g/L, the average oxidation yield is no less than 96.9%, the average w(H2O2) of extract is no less than 35.0%, the average ρ(H2O2) of raffinate is no more than 0.13 g/L, the total organic carbon mass fraction of the product is no more than 130×10^–6, the average daily output is no less than 220 t, the plant after reconstruction has continuously stably operated more than 23 months.
