摘要
运用PDCA循环,对全院会诊实施干预。根据全院会诊现状,评估结果并制定干预计划,实施干预措施,专人专项检查,事后处理分析比较。使全院会诊及时性由67.63%提高到89.31%,提高了全院会诊工作效率,提升了临床发展能力。
The PDCA cycle was used for implementation of intervention on hospital--wide consultation. According to the current situation of hospital--wide consultation, the results were evaluated, intervention plan was developed and implemented, with special inspection and post--processing analysis. The timeliness rate of hospital--wide consultation increased from 67.63 to 89.31 %, which enhanced the efficiency of hospital--wide consultation and improved the clinical development capacity.
