摘要
我国自2009年正式实行义务教育绩效工资制度以来,学术界对相关问题进行了多方面的研究,取得了比较丰硕的成果。其中,学者们的研究发现:我国义务教育绩效工资制度的实施结果、实施过程和制度本身或相关的体制、机制等方面还存在各种问题,而后两方面的问题分别是产生前两方面问题的主要原因。针对这些问题或产生问题的原因,学者们提出了多方面的改革对策。这些研究,有助于人们了解我国义务教育绩效工资制度及其实施状况,对人们思考或研究解决相关问题具有多方面的启示。但是,由于相关问题十分复杂,今后在理论研究的深刻性、适切性,对各种实际问题研究的深入性特别是相关方法研究或对策研究的针对性、可操作性等方面都还需要深化。
Since 2009, a performance-based pay system was formally implemented for compulsory education teachers in China,a lot of researches about this have been made by academia.According to the researehes, researohers find that there are many problems about performance- based pay system,mainly focusing on implementing results, implementing process, system itself and the related management and organization about system. And the latter two problems are the cause of the former two problems. In response to these problems or causes of them, scholars have put forward different kinds of innovative strategies. These researches will help people understand the performance-bascd pay system and its implementation for compulsory education teachers in our country and can also offer lots of enlightenments to solve relative problems. However, because some related problems are apparently complex,from now on the theoretic researches about practical problems,especially related methods and strategies need to be taken further, and they must he suitable,precise,predictable and operable.
