摘要
介绍了2001-2015年期间金属材料中铍分析方法的研究进展,包括滴定分析法、光度法分析、原子吸收光谱分析、原子发射光谱分析、质谱分析和辉光放电质谱分析等。引用标准和文献57篇。通过对标准和文献的多角度分析,反映了金属材料中铍分析领域的现状,指出光谱分析和质谱分析等方法是金属材料中痕量铍分析的发展趋势,但滴定分析法和分光光度分析等方法仍具有不可替代性。
The research progress of analysis methods of beryllium in metallic materials in 2001-2015 was reviewed, including titrimetric analysis, spectrophotometry, atomic absorption spectrometry, atomic emission spectrometry, mass spectromety and glow discharge mass spectromety analysis, etc. Fifty-seven standards and documents were quoted. It was proposed that spectrometry and mass spectromety analysis were the development trend of trace beryllium analysis in metallic materials, but titrimetric analysis and spectrophotometry analysis was still irreplaceable. The status of analysis methods of beryllium in metallic materials was reflected by analyzing the standards and documents in different ways.
