夏天无滴眼液联合消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液治疗儿童假性近视的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Xiatianwu Eye Drops combined with Raceanisodamine Eye Drops in treatment of pseudo myopia in children

目的探讨夏天无滴眼液联合消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液治疗儿童假性近视的临床疗效。方法选取2014年2月—2015年2月就诊于开封市中心医院眼科的假性近视患儿86例,随机均分为对照组和治疗组,每组各43例。对照组给予消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液滴眼,1~2滴/次,2次/d;治疗组在对照组的基础上给予夏天无滴眼液,1~2滴/次,3~5次/d,两种药物滴眼间隔5 min,两组均连续使用30 d。治疗后,观察两组的临床疗效,并比较两组治疗前后裸眼视力和屈光度及其不良反应的变化。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为81.40%、95.35%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组裸眼视力和屈光度均有显著改善,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组裸眼视力和屈光度改善程度优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义。结论夏天无滴眼液联合消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液治疗儿童假性近视疗效确切,不良反应较少,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Xiatianwu Eye Drops combined with Raceanisodamine Eye Drops in treatment of pseudo myopia in children. Methods Children （86 cases） with pseudo myopia in Department of Ophthalmology in Kaifeng Central Hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Each group had 43 cases. The patients in the control group were given Raceanisodamine Eye Drops, 1 - 2 drops/time, twice daily. The patients in the treatment group were given Xiatianwu Eye Drops on the basis of the control group, 1 - 2 drops/time, twice daily. The interval of the administration was 5 rain. The patients in two groups were treated for 30 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, uncorrected visual acuity and diopter, and adverse reactions before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.40% and 95.35%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, uncorrected visual acuity and diopter in two groups were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group （P 〈 0.05）. And the improving degree in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusion Xiatianwu Eye Drops combined with Raceanisodamine Eye Drops has clinical curative effect in treatment of pseudo myopia in children with less adverse reactions, which has a certain clinical application value.
