固定式拳击训练效能测量系统的方案设计

摘要 为提高官兵的身体素质,部队开展了多项训练内容,击靶是其中的重要一项。然而,部队官兵在进行拳击训练时,缺少一种能用来测量训练者训练参数(如打击速度、打击力量、打击次数等训练效能)的装置,不能在训练完成后获知训练的效果。为此本文设计了一种固定式拳击训练效能测量装置,使拳击训练更加科学化,水平化,用更加准确的数据标准来指导官兵的拳击训练,为执勤处突打下良好基础。 To improve the physical fitness of soldiers, armed police carried out a number of training content, among which targeting is an important session However, during boxing training, the armed forces lack the device to measure the training parameters (such as striking speed, force and frequency), so they can not be informed of the effects of training after completion. Therefore, we have designed a fixed boxing training efficiency measuring device, This design of fixed measuring device enables boxing training more scientific and specialized. By utilizing more accurate data to guide the soldiers' boxing training, it laid a good foundation for dealing with duty and conflict.
