摘要 随着风电渗透率的日益提高,风电动态对电力系统动态稳定性的影响越来越显著。建立标准的、有效的、公开的风电通用动态模型是风电并网实际工程研究和学术研究的基础,但我国尚未提出统一标准的风电通用动态模型。该文介绍了美国西部电力协调委员会(western electricity coordinating council,WECC)风电通用动态模型的建模基本原则和方法,详细阐述了WECC第一代和第二代4类通用动态模型的总体结构和各个功能模块。最后总结了WECC风电通用动态模型的可借鉴经验,为我国未来风电通用动态模型的开发提供启示。 The impact of the dynamics of wind generation on the dynamic stability of power systems become more and more significant with the increasing of penetration level. Studies of grid-integrated wind generation practices and academics are on the base of modeling standard, valid, public and generic models for wind generation, but the standard and generic dynamic models for wind generation have not been developed in China even today. The modeling principles and methods of western electricity coordinating council(WECC) generic models for wind generation were introduced, and the structure connectivity and submodules of the first and second generation of WECC generic dynamic models for wind generation were elaborated. Finally, the modeling lessons of WECC generic models for wind generation were concluded for providing some instructions for wind generation dynamic modeling in China.
