摘要 汽车覆盖件拉延模具设计,如果缺乏必要的设计软件做拉延工艺分析,模具设计往往存在一些不足,要么拉裂,要么起皱,影响模具的质量。基于CAE技术驱动的覆盖件拉延模具设计,以某型汽车前门外板拉延成型为研究对象,导入Dynaform和UG软件进行拉延工艺补充设计和分析计算,确定拉深方向,获得可靠的拉深工艺方案,确保工件在拉延过程中顺利成形,提高了拉深模具结构设计的可靠性,为汽车覆盖件拉延模具设计提供有益的参考。 For the design of automobile panel drawing it affects the quality of the mold if there is die, it often has some deficiencies, or cracking, or wrinkle, a lack of necessary design software for the drawing process a- nalysis. The design of drawing die for the automobile panel based on CAE technology driven, taking the ble drawing process, so that to ensure the workpiece forming conveniently in drawing process.
