瑶药熏药分期治疗对桡骨远端骨折患者腕关节功能的影响

Clinical Study on the Effect of Wrist Joint Function of Patients with Distal Radius Fracture by Yao Medicine Staged Treatment

目的:观察瑶药熏药分期治疗对桡骨远端骨折患者腕关节功能的影响。方法:选取符合入选标准的病例60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组给予电疗和跌打散外敷,治疗组给予瑶药熏药治疗,疗程4周,观察两组的腕关节功能。结果:治疗1、3d后,两组肿胀及疼痛程度相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗5、7、14d后,治疗组肿痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗2周后,两组患者骨折愈合评分相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3、4周后,治疗组骨折愈合评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗8周后,对照组腕关节功能优良率为66.6%,治疗组腕关节功能优良率为90.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:瑶药熏药分期治疗能有效地改善桡骨远端骨折患者腕关节功能,操作简便,疗效可靠,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of fumigation by yao medicine staged treatment on the distal radius fracture. Methods Sixty patients with distal radius fracture were enrolled in the present study. Half of them were treated with fumigation by yao medicine staged treatment, the rest were treated with intermediate frequency electrotherapy and application of Dieda powder. The wrist joint function of two groups patients were observed after 4 weeks, treatments. Results There were similar swelling and pain between two groups patients after 1, 3 days＇ treatment, the difference was not statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） ; after 5, 7, 14 days＇ treatment, the treatment group of swelling and pain was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; after 2 weeks＇ treatment, scores of fracture healing between two groups were similar （ P〉0.05 ） ; after 3, 4 weeks ＇ treatment, scores of fracture healing in treatment group was higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; after 8 weeks＇ treatment, the excellent and good rate of wrist joint function in the treatment group was 90. 0% while the control group was 66. 6%, the excellent and good rate in the treatment group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Fumigation of yao medicine staged treatment could effectively improve wrist joint function of the patients with distal radius fracture, which was reliable for clinical application.
