信息化模式下高校公寓管理加强思想政治教育研究

Research on Modern University Apartment Management Based on Information Model——Taking the Ideological and Political Education Infiltration Management as an Example

在信息化模式下,思政教育是现代高效公寓管理中的重要内容,也是提高公寓管理质量的重要途径,如果思政教育不到位,将会给公寓管理的顺利进行带来不利影响。我国高等教育大规模扩招中急速发展,从而暴露出公寓管理方面的诸多问题问题。许多高校在进行公寓管理时不注重对思政教育进行渗透,没有切实关注学生的心理情况、思想情况,致使公寓管理到不到理想效果。本文通过对信息化模式下以思政教育渗透管理为条件的现代高效公寓管理进行分析,进而发现现代高效公寓管理中存在的问题,并从思政教育角度提出加强高校公寓管理的意见及建议。

In the information-based mode, ideological and political education is an important content inmodernhigh-performance apartment management, and an important way to improve the quality of apartment management. If the ideological and political education is not good, it will bring adverse effects to the smooth management of the apartment. China＇s rapid expansion of higher education exposed the apartment management problems. This paper analyzes the modern high - efficient apartment management based on the infiltration management of the ideological and political education under the informationizationmode, finds out the problemsia the modern high- efficient apartment management, and puts forward the opinion and suggestion of strengthening the management of college apartments from the perspective of ideological and political education.
