林业产权交易所经营目标的模式及功能定位——以华东和南方两个林业产权交易所为例的比较分析

The Mode and Function Orientation of the Forestry Property Rights Exchange——A Comparative Analysis on Two Forestry Property Rights Exchanges from East and South China

以华东和南方两个林权交易所为例,通过对比林交所的发展模式以及功能定位,分析了各自特点,并提出了严防风险、上收审批权,合理布局、扶强扶大,准确定位、完善功能,强化管理、拓宽市场等建议,以期为其他林交所发展提供借鉴。

In this paper a case study was made on two forestry property rights exchanges from East and South China. An analysis was made on their respective features by comparing the development modes and function orientation of the two exchanges. Some suggestions were put forward to provide reference for other forestry property rights exchanges including strictly controlling risk, taking back the approval rights, rational distribution, supporting competent and big enterprises, precise location, improving functions, strengthening management and expanding markets.
