摘要
针对国内外糖尿病患者特殊医学用途配方食品的发展现状,根据糖尿病人的代谢特点和营养需要,从产品配方、形态、工艺、质量标准、稳定性等方面,对糖尿病专用特定全营养配方食品研究要点进行了概述。
According to the current situation of the development of foods for special medical purposes to diabetes and the characteristics of the metabolism and nutrition demand for diabetic patients, this article discusses the main study points on foods for special medical purposes to diabetes patients, including the formula, form, processing procedure, quality standard and stability of the products.
