某型辅助动力装置空中起动故障分析与试验验证

Starting Malfunction Analysis of APU In-flight Based on Test Data

对某型辅助动力装置在空中起动不成功现象进行了分析研究。首先从该APU起动特点出发,分析了APU空中起动影响要素,针对空中起动超温故障,逐段分析整个起动过程,通过与同高度起动成功历程曲线进行对比分析,明确故障原因,给出了解决方案。

In this paper, appearance of an unsuccessfully starting of an auxiliary power unit （APU） is stated. Based on the characteristics of the APU＇s starting process, the effecting elements to starting process are analyzed at first ; Focus on overtemperature in in-flight start, the whole start process is analyzed step by step. Through comparing the sueeessful start process at the same altitude, the failure eanses are found out, and then solution is proposed.
