摘要
分析了印花镍网生产现状,阐述了印花镍网回收与循环利用的必要性。分析了几种印花镍网清洗方法的优缺点,参考现有的专利设备提出了一种新型激光清洗镍网的方法,并分析了激光清洗镍网的可行性。指出,中国镍网生产已经达到国际先进水平,但高品质印花镍网仍依赖进口,如循环利用镍网能够很大程度上降低印花成本;但传统镍网清洗技术存在弊端,降低了镍网回收利用率,造成资源浪费;而激光清洗与现有印花镍网清洗技术相比优势明显、可行性高。
The present situation of the nickel printing screen was introduced, and the necessity of reclaiming and recycling of printing nickel screen was expounded. The advantages and disadvantages of present nickel printing screen cleaning methods were analyzed. Refer to the existing patents and equipments, this paper puts forward a new cleaning method using laser to clean nickel screen, and the feasibility of laser cleaning was analyzed. It point- ed out that, the production of nickel screen in China has reached an advanced level all over the world, but it still needs to import high quality nickel screen, by recycling nickel screen enterprises can greatly reduce the cost of textile printing. The traditional nickel screen cleaning technique has some disadvantages, decreases the recovery and utilization rate of nickel screen, resulting in a waste, while using laser to clean nickel screen has a high practica- bility and obvious superiority.
