培养和提高高职学生的职业能力,是实现高职教育为经济社会发展服务的根本。新常态下,面对产业转型、技术升级,弄清高职学生应具有怎样的职业能力及怎样培养学生的职业能力,不仅是高职教育自身的根本任务,也是为经济社会尤其是地方经济社会发展服务的需要,更是高职教育可持续发展的需要。

To cultivate and improve the vocational ability of students in higher vocational college is fundamental to realize the service of higher vocational education to economic and social development. In the new normal, facing the industrial restructuring, technolog- ical upgrading, to understand what kinds of vocational ability higher vocational students should have and how to cultivate students＇ vocational ability in higher vocational education is not only the task of higher vocational education, but also the need for the local economic and social development, and also the need of the sustainable develooment of higher vocational education
