新时代高校辅导员工作开展新思考

New Reflections on the Implementation of University Counselors' Work in the New Period

现阶段,随着时代的不断进步与发展,我国的国内教育的发展速度也不断加快,并逐步迈入了新时代。新时代背景下,高校辅导员工作要求得到更新,呈现出新的发展趋势。因此,在高校辅导员工作开展过程中,必须要进行不断创新。自2014年,本人到北方民族大学阿拉伯语学院工作以来,就担任兼职辅导员至今,由于我校是一所民族院校,所以担任辅导员工作相对复杂。本文结合我校实际情况,就如何做好辅导员工作展开详细论述。

With the continuous progress and development of the present times, the development of education in China also accelerates continuously and entered the new period. Therefore, in the background of the new period, university counselors＇ work should be innovated. Since 2014, the writer has been a part-time counselor for School of Arabic, Beifang University of Nationalities. As this university is a university of nationalities, counselors＇ work for it is relatively complex. Combined with the practical situation of this university, this paper elaborates how to well carry out counselors＇ work.
