摘要
师范生培养联动优集机制是教师专业化建设、人才培养模式改革、教师资格证统考制度的必然选择。机制构建策略要突破大学空间,拓展场域形成职业认知;发挥"院""校"主体作用,构建循环学习模式;规划师范生课程,经历"融入式"教育实习;搭建教研平台,形成"1+3"互助机制。大学—教师进修学院—中小学校联动优集机制促进教、学、研结合,推动教育一体化进程。
The cultivation of the normal university students by the UGS model is a necessary choice to construct the specialized faculty and reform the personnel cultivation and the teacher certification system. In order to realize that kind of cultivation,some actions should be adopted. Firstly,the strategy of mechanism construction should break through its management field not only in colleges so as to expand its applied field and shape the professional cognition. Secondly,the subjective role of"university"and"school"should be exerted so as to construct the cycle learning model. Thirdly,the curriculum of normal university students should be programmed so as to establish "the integration"education. Last but not the least,the platform of teaching and researching should be constructed so as to develop the "1 + 3 "mutual assistance mechanism. The management of UGS model not only can promote the combination among the teaching,learning and researching,but also can propel the education integration forward.
