咪喹莫特联合中药熏洗治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床效果及复发率分析

Clinical effect and the recurrence rate of imiquimod cimbined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy on condyloma acuminata

目的:针对咪喹莫特联合中药熏洗治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床效果及复发率进行研究分析。方法:随机选择2013年1月至2016年3月我院收治的肛周尖锐湿疣患者150例,将其平均分为对照组和观察组,作为本次研究的对象。对照组患者实施咪喹莫特治疗,观察组患者实施咪喹莫特联合中药熏洗治疗,针对两组患者的临床治疗效果、复发率等指标进行观察比较。结果:在本次研究中,观察组患者的治疗有效率为97.3%,对照组的治疗有效率为86.7%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组患者的总复发率为2.6%,对照组患者的总复发率为13.3%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在肛周尖锐湿疣的治疗中,对患者实施咪喹莫特联合中药熏洗治疗,可以显著的提高患者的临床治疗效果,降低复发率,安全性和有效性较高,可以将其在临床治疗中进行推广应用。

Objectives： To research clinical effect of imiquimod combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy on condyloma acuminate（ CA） and analyze the recurrence rate. Methods： 150 patients with CA in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2015 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group. Control group received imiquimod treatment,while observation group received imiquimod combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy. Clinical therapeutic effects and recurrence rate index of two groups were observed and compared. Results： In this study,the treatment effective rate of observation group and control group was 97. 33% and 86. 67% respectively,with statistically significant difference,P 〈0. 05. Total recurrence rate of observation group and control group was 2. 6% and 13. 33% respectively,with statistically significant difference,P 〈0. 05. Conclusion： Imiquimod combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy in the treatment of CA can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect and reduce the recurrence rate with high safety and effectiveness,which can be popularized in clinical treatment.
