摘要
本文提出一种基于失效建模和分解重构的工控系统可靠性评估方法。通过探讨可靠性与失效的关系,将失效率作为可靠性的评估标准。根据工控系统整体结构和功能,以完成某一特定功能为依据,将整个系统分解成若干个工控单元。根据工控失效对系统失效的影响,引入影响因子。以工控单元失效率为基础,分析各基本单元的逻辑关系,建立工控系统失效模型,将失效模型作为工控系统的可靠性评估的依据。
This paper presents a reliability evaluation method of industrial control system based on failure modeling and decomposition and reconstruction. By discussing the relationship between reliability and failure, the failure rate is used as the evaluation standard of reliability. According to the whole structure and function of the industrial control system, the whole system is divided into several industrial control units based on the completion of a specific function. According to the influence of industrial failure on system failure, the influence factors are introduced. Based on the failure rate of industrial control unit, the logical relationship of each basic unit is analyzed, and the failure model of the industrial control system is established.
