摘要
大数据是推动人类进步的又一次新的信息技术革命,给公共卫生领域带来了巨大变革机遇,作为公共卫生的分支营养学科也进入了大数据时代。本文收集、分析了大数据在营养健康领域的应用情况,梳理、归纳成六个大的类别,即食物成分电子数据库的管理、营养调查和监测信息的管理和共享、食品安全和食品风险评估、手机的"营养"相关应用程序的评估、慢病管理中可穿戴设备数据的挖掘、公共卫生预警与流行病预测等。同时,通过应用大数据的相关理论,结合我国营养健康领域的实际情况,探讨了大数据对慢性病防控、疾病预测、个性化健康管理、食品风险评估等方面的影响,为营养健康领域的研究提供了新的视角。
Big data is a new information technology revolution to promote the progress of human beings, which brings a great change in the field of public health. Nutrition science, as a branch of public health, has also entered the era of big data. We collected and analyzed the application of big data in nutrition science. It concluded six categories, e.g. electronic database management of food components, sharing of nutrition survey and monitoring information, food safety and risk assessment, assessment of application program of "nutrition" in mobile phone, wearable device data mining and early warning of the epidemic of chronic diseases respectively. At the same time, by considering relevant theory of big data and actual situation in China, we discussed the impact of big data on chronic disease prevention, disease prediction, personalized health management, food risk assessment and other aspects, which will provide a new perspective to promote the development of nutrition and health in China.
