危险废物处置综合废水处理系统优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 固体废物处置中心能够对多种固体废物和危险废物进行处置,在处置过程中产生的废水水质复杂,因此需要对废水进行综合处理,去除废水中的重金属和有机物。为了达到废水排放标准,以某固体废物处置中心的废水处理设施为研究对象,对处理设施中的还原沉淀和曝气生物滤池等环节进行优化,得出其最优的运行参数,结果显示:亚铁与六价铬物质量比为20∶1,曝气气水比为4,水力停留时间为2h时,出水的各项检测指标均达到废水排放标准限值。 Several kinds of solid wastes and hazardous wastes can be disposed in waste disposal centre,the waste water produced in the process is complicate,so it needs to be comprehensively treated to remove the heavy metals and organic components.In order to meet the standards of wastewater discharge,the wastewater disposal installations in one solid wastes disposal centre are regarded as the research object and the reduction-precipitation-biological aerated filter(BAF)process was optimized to find out the optimal operation parameters.The results show that the outlet water quality has met the criterion of sewage discharge under the optimal operation condition:Fe2+∶Cr6+ ratio of 20∶1,gas-water ratio of 4 and HRT(hydraulic retention time) of 2 hours.
