新型环保节能楼板的保温隔热效应研究 被引量:7

摘要 用保温隔热材料制作了环保节能填充块,并将填充块填充在建筑结构的楼板或屋面板内,得到新型节能填充混凝土楼板。设计了几何参数和配筋参数相同的节能填充楼板和普通建筑楼板的数值模型,并进行了有限元分析。数值模拟结果表明,加入环保节能填充块对楼板的温度分布、热流量和温度梯度都有显著影响,环保节能填充块的保温隔热效应显著,节能填充楼板沿板厚方向的温度分布不再同普通建筑楼板一样呈现线性变化,而是在环保节能填充块点域范围呈现出不规则变化趋势;节能填充楼板热流量已不再同普通建筑楼板一样为某一常数,而是明显的表现出环保节能填充块点域范围热流量远小于普通钢筋混凝土所在点域范围热流量的趋势;节能填充楼板温度梯度图也显著展现了保温隔热材料和普通钢筋混凝土两类物理性质差异较大材料之间的热流向问题,从而验证了节能填充楼板的保温隔热效应。 A new energy-saving concrete filled floor or roof is filled with environmental protection blocks,made of thermal insulation material.The numerical model of the energy-saving concrete filled floor as well as the common building floor is designed for FEM analysis,and the same geometrical parameters and reinforcement are used in this process.The numerical results show that temperature distribution,heat flux and temperature gradient are significantly influenced by environmental block due to its intrinsic property of heat preservation and insulation.Temperature distribution along the thickness direction of the former is different from the latter,it is not linear and particularly,it is irregular variation around environmental protection blocks.With regard to heat flux,it is invariable for the common building floor,but variable for the energy-saving concrete filled floor,and it is shown that heat flux around environmental blocks is far less than some other position.Besides,heat transfer appears significantly from environmental blocks to ordinary reinforced concrete because of the large differences of their physical properties.Thus it can be seen that heat preservation and insulation is good for the energy-saving concrete filled floor.
