我国是乒乓球大国,乒乓球深受我国人民喜爱,乒乓球技术在世界范围中也处于领先的地位。在我国,无论在小学校园接受启蒙训练的学龄儿童,还是朝气蓬勃的大学生,甚至是退休的老干部,都熟知乒乓球这一运动,甚至是有着较为熟练地运动手法。要想使乒乓球技术达到较高的水平,必须要进行战术的训练,并且在在实际训练或比赛中将所学战术熟练运用,以达到提高战术水准的目的。为此,本文从战术的训练入手研究乒乓球的实际使用战术。
