摘要 为实现湿度测量设备的准确性校验,利用分流法原理设计湿度发生器并结合Lab VIEW软件设计上位机控制系统。该校验系统由下位机实现湿度发生控制、温湿度和流量等信号的测量采集、分析处理以及电路通信等功能,利用虚拟仪器软件实现湿度控制、串口通信、自动生成校验报告等界面及功能设计。该系统已应用于实际湿度测量设备的校验,结果表明可发生湿度范围20%~90%RH,精度在2%RH以内。该系统可降低校验人员的工作量,提高自动化程度。 To calibrate the accuracy of humidity measuring equipment, the principle of shunt was used to design humidity generator, the PC control system was designed combining the LabVIEW software. In the calibration system, the lower machine was used to realize humidity occurs, measure and analysis of temperature, humidity, flow signals and ete ; the virtual instrument software was used to realized the functions of humidity control, serial communication, automatic generation of calibration reports and other interfaces and functional design. The system has been applied to the actual humidity calibration equipment. The results show this equipment can occur humidity from 20% RH to 90% RH, the accuracy is within 2% RH. The system reduces the workload of parity staff and improves the degree of automation.
