小针刀配合肩关节松动术治疗肩周炎效果观察

Effect of Small Needle Knife Combined with Shoulder Joint Mobilization on the Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的:探讨小针刀配合肩关节松动术治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年1月在笔者所在医院治疗的106例肩周炎患者作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分成联合组和对照组,各53例;对照组仅接受小针刀治疗,联合组则在此基础上接受肩关节松动术,治疗3周后,对两组临床效果进行比较分析。结果:联合组临床总有效率为96.2%,对照组为86.8%,数据对比差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者肩关节VAS评分均有改善,联合组改善幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肩周炎采取小针刀配合肩关节松动术治疗,效果确切,可有效改善病情,缓解疼痛,临床应用价值重大。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of small needle knife combined with shoulder joint mobilization in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Method：106 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis recieved treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the observation object,and randomly divided into combined group and control group,53 cases in each group.The control group received the therapy of small needle knife,the combined group accepted shoulder joint mobilization based on control group.After 3 weeks of treatment,compared the clinical effect of the two groups.Result：The combined group,the total effective rate was 96.2%,the control group was 86.8%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;after treatment,shoulder VAS scores of two groups were both improved,combined group improved more significantly than that of control group,there was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The scapulohumeral periarthritis treated by small needle knife combined with dshoulder joint mobilization,the effect is more precise,it can effectively improve symptoms,relieve pain,it has significant clinical value.
