带有深松铲发酵床翻抛机的研制及试验 被引量:4

摘要 针对我国目前的养殖方式,研制一种畜禽舍发酵床翻抛机,其翻抛机带有最大深度为40cm的深松铲。与未带深松铲的翻抛机进行对比试验。试验表明:经翻抛及深松铲深松后垫料各层的温度,高于没有深松铲深松仅翻抛后的温度。经翻抛及深松铲深松后垫料底层(35cm处)温度为38℃,垫料中层(20cm处)温度为42℃。没有深松铲深松仅翻抛后垫料底层温度为34℃,垫料中层温度为40℃。利用深松铲对发酵床底层深松,给底层好氧菌提供更充足的空气,促进粪便分解。利用翻抛机改善畜禽舍环境,从而促进畜禽生长。 Aiming at the current breeding patterns in China,a fermentation bed turner used in livestock house was developed,which has a subsoiler can achieve the effective depth up to 40 cm.Compared with the turner without subsoiler,the results show that the temperatures of various layers after turning and sub-soiling are higher than the temperatures only after turning.For example,after turning and sub-soiling,temperature at bottom layer(35cm)and middle layer(20cm)are 38℃ and 42℃,meanwhile,the only turning one are 34℃ and 40℃respectively.Using the subsoiler can provide sufficient air for the aerobic bacteria at the bottom of fermentation bed,and promote the decomposition of feces.Environment in livestock house can be improved with this designed tuner,and then do advantages for animal growth.
