摘要
为充分发挥实验教学对培养生物学人才创新精神和实践能力的重要作用,该文针对实验室的开放运行管理,实验教学中的学生管理、教学手段、教学内容和教学效果进行改革实践,实现以学生自主实验和独立操作为主、教师引导为辅的教学模式,提高了实验室仪器的利用率以及实验室开放的安全性,并对开放式教学管理的成效与问题进行了总结,为其他实验教学课程的开放性教学管理奠定了基础,为培养具有综合科学素养的生物学拔尖人才提供了理论依据。
In order to give full play to the important role of experimental teaching in cultivating the innovation spirit and practical ability of biological talents, this paper focus on the reform and practice of open operation management, student management, teaching means, contents and the teaching effect, and thus realizes the teaching mode with students' independent experiment and independent operation as well as supplement of teachers' guidance. This paper increases the utilization rate of laboratory instrument and the security of the laboratory open, and summarizes the results and problems of open teaching management. It lays the foundation for the open teach- ing management of other experimental teaching courses and provides the theoretical basis for cultivating top biological talents with com- prehensive scientific literacy.
