ePTFE套管对兔搭桥静脉加速粥样硬化的影响

摘要 探讨ePTFE套管对兔搭桥静脉加速粥样硬化的影响,为血管搭桥术后防止静脉加速粥样硬化提供理论依据。将30只新西兰大耳兔随机分成对照组和试验组,试验组搭桥静脉加ePTFE套管,对照组不加ePTFE套管。采用显微外科技术实施同侧面前静脉重建颈总动脉,术后饲喂高脂高胆固醇饲料。于术后4、6、8周三个时间段分别取出搭桥静脉,测定不同时间段搭桥静脉内膜厚度,并观察两组搭桥静脉管壁脂质沉积情况。结果表明:对照组和试验组4周时内膜厚度分别为(119.04±0.42)μm和(89.95±0.08)μm,与对照组相比,不同时间段试验组内膜增厚均极显著减少;试验组(ePTFE套管组)6、8周脂质沉积较对照组明显减少。ePTFE套管能减缓搭桥术后静脉加速粥样硬化的进程。 To investigate the effects of ePTFE cuff on the accelerated atherosclerosis of venous grafts inrabbits, and to provide theoretical basis for prevention of acceleration atherosclerosis after bypass surgery. Thirtyhealthy rabbits were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The implanted veins in experimentalgroup were enclosed by expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (eI^FE) cuff and that of the control group were notenclosed. Common carotid artery was reconstructed with ipsilateral facial vein by microsurgical technique;rabbitswere fed with high fat and high cholesterol diet after operation. Intimal thicknesses and lipid deposition in thewall were observed 4,6 and 8 weeks after operation. The results showed that intimal thickness in control groupand experimental group were (119.04±0.42)μm and (89.95±0.08)μm at 4 weeks postoperatively. Comparedwith the control group, intimal thickening in experimental group was extremely decreased at different time course,lipid deposition in the experimental group( ePTFE group)was significantly decreased at 6,8 weeks after bypasssurgery, ePTFE cuff could retard process of accelerated atherosclerosis.
