城乡结合部过渡型社区空间规划评价体系的构建与运用——基于苏州工业园区若干社区的调查

On Construction and Application of The Spatial Planning Evaluation System in Transitional Communities of The Urban Fringe—— Based on The Investigation of Several Communities in The Suzhou Industrial Park

过渡型社区以其相对与城市社区和农村村落而言独特的特点在城乡一体化进程中扮演着重要角色,同时对于动迁居民的安居乐业和所在城市经济的快速发展有着重要的意义,但不可否认的是,过渡型社区在空间规划方面存在诸多问题。立足于苏州市工业园区较为典型的三个过渡型社区,从社区整体空间、物理空间、服务设施、生活习惯以及邻里空间五个方面出发,建立科学评价体系加以研究,并具有针对性地提出相应对策。

Transitional community, with its unique characteristics compared with the city community and rural village, has played an important role in the process of urban-rural integration .At the same time ,it is very important for inhabitants ＇ live and work, also the the rapid development of city economy .However, it is undeniable that there exist a lot of problems in space planning of the transitional community. This article is based on three typical transitional communities in Suzhou Industrial Park, research them from five aspects, including the whole of the communiW space, physical space, service, facilities, life habits and neighborhood space, then put forward corresponding countermeasures.
