摘要
目的:探讨家族聚集癌的发病机制。方法:报告1例家族聚集癌,通过对近年文献回顾总结,分析家族聚集癌的发病原因。结果:显示家族聚集癌与遗传因素、环境因素、易感性密切相关。结论:家族聚集癌是多种因素共同作用产生的一个总效应。
Objective： To explore the familial aggregation in the pathogenesis of cancer.Methods： To report a case of family aggregation cancer,with recent literature review.Results： The results showed that familial aggregation of cancer is related to genetic factors,environmental factors.Conclusion： Familial aggregation of cancer is related to many factors working together to produce a general effect.
