Sox2和STAT3在寻常型银屑病患者皮损中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of Sox 2 and STAT 3 in skin lesions of psoriasis vulgaris patients

目的探讨寻常型银屑病患者皮损组织及正常皮肤组织中Sox 2和STAT 3的表达水平及意义。方法采用Envision免疫组化方法检测51例寻常型银屑病患者皮损组织和29例正常皮肤组织中Sox 2和STAT 3的表达情况。结果寻常型银屑病患者皮损中Sox 2蛋白的阳性表达率为9.80%,在正常组中为51.72%;寻常型银屑病患者皮损中STAT 3蛋白阳性表达率为86.27%,在正常组中为31.03%;两组数据比较差异均有统计学意义(χ2=17.327、25.231,均P<0.01)。结论寻常型银屑病患者皮损组织中Sox 2和STAT 3蛋白表达均不同于正常皮肤组织,由此可推测二者可能通过转录调控参与寻常型银屑病的发病过程。

[Objective]To explore the expression and significance of Sox2 and STAT3 in skin lesions of psoriasis vulgaris patients and normal skin.[Methods]The expressions of Sox 2 and STAT 3 in skin lesions of 59 cases of psoriasis vulgaris patients and 29 cases of normal skin were detected by Envision immunohistochemical method.[Results]The positive rate of Sox 2 expression in skin lesions of psoriasis vulgaris patients was 9.80%,and in the normal skin was 51.72%. The positive rate of STAT 3 expression in skin lesions of psoriasis vulgaris patients was 86.27%,and in the normal group was 31.03%. The differences were statistically significant（χ2=17.327,25.231,all P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The expressions of Sox 2 and STAT 3 protein in skin lesions of psoriasis vulgaris patients were different from that in normal skin tissues,it may be involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris through transcriptional regulation.
