从国外经验谈我国大学生公益创业多元保障机制的建构

The Construction of College Students Social Entrepreneurship Multivariate Safeguard Mechanism in Our Country——Experiences from abroad

公益创业是大学生创业的一个新领域,许多高校进行的大学生公益创业实践和探索,都较好地推进了公益创业在我国的发展。但我国大学生公益创业仍存在诸多困境,借鉴国外公益创业的先进经验,构建起大学生公益创业的法律政策保障机制、驱动及孵化保障机制、资金保障机制、风险控制保障机制以及评价反馈保障机制,以期推动大学生公益创业的蓬勃发展。

Social entrepreneurship is a new field in university students＇entrepreneurship. Many colleges and universities for college students social entrepreneurship practice and exploration, have better promote the development of entrepreneurship in China. But college students social entrepreneurship still has many difficulties in our country. We should draw lessons from foreign advanced experience of social entrepreneurship, build up college students social entrepreneurship legal policy guarantee mechanism, driving and hatch safeguard mechanism, funds safeguard mechanism, guarantee mechanism of risk control and evaluation feedback safeguard mechanism, in order to promote the vigorous development of the college students social entrepreneurship.
