云南瑞丽农村傣族老年人健康期望寿命研究

Study on healthy life expectancy of the Dai elderly in rural Ruili,Yunnan Province

目的基于云南省瑞丽市农村傣族老年人失能现状,研究傣族老年人不同年龄段健康期望寿命和健康期望寿命占余寿比重及其意义。方法采用Sullivan法计算瑞丽农村傣族老人的去失能期望寿命和健康期望寿命占余寿比重,并对上述指标进行区间估计。结果瑞丽农村傣族老人的去失能期望寿命分别为:60~64岁21.38(20.88,21.68),65~69岁16.34(15.31,17.36),70~74岁14.13(13.61,14.63),75~79岁9.23(8.27,10.19),80~84岁7.81(7.10,8.52),85岁以上组3.28(2.52,4.04)。健康期望寿命占余寿比重分别为:60~64岁98.6(96.3,100),65~69岁90.7(85.0,96.4),70~74岁96.6(93.0,100),75~79岁77.8(69.7,85.9),80~84岁82.3(74.8,89.8),85岁以上41.2(31.6,50.8)。结论各年龄组去失能期望寿命的95%置信区间比较稳定,傣族农村高龄老人失能率及慢性病预防对于健康寿命的影响不容忽视。

Objective To calculate and discuss the disability free life expectancy （DFLE） for the Dai elderly in traditional rural communities in Ruili, Yunnan Province. Methods Sullivan＇s method was used to calculate their DFLE, then, differences of DFLE/LE of the elderly with different ages were studied. Results The DFLE for people aged 60-64, 65-69, 70-74,75-79,80-84 and 85＋ people were 21.38（20.88,21.68）,16.34（15.31,17.36）, 14.13（13.61,14.63）, 9.23（8.27,10.19）, 7.81 （7.10,8.52） and 3.28 （2.52,4.04）. The DFLE/LE for people 70-74 was 96.6 （93.0,100）, people aged 75-79 was 77.8 （69.7,85.9）, people aged 80-84 was 82.3（74.8,89.8）, people aged 85＋ people aged 41.2（31.6,50.8）. Conclusion It is the first time to report the DFLE for the Dai elderly in traditional rural communities in China and the results appeared steady. Furthermore, we should not overlook the disability＇s influence and chronic disease prevention on the healthy lifetime.
